3-Knife Trimmer was removed from
a production enviroment and is in good working
condition. Manuals and spare parts are also included.
It is located in Topeka, KS and will ship via freight

Introduction:
The
Horizon HT-70 is an in-line or off-line three-knife
trimmer that produces precise, clean cuts with
no rough edges at speeds up to 1,000 cycles
per hour. The LCD display console steps the
operator through set-up and changeover, and
provides continuous updates on system status.
The HT-70 will accept a variable lift size
up to 50 mm (2”) thick. Changeovers are
accomplished in under 10 minutes, and all adjustments
are external to the knife area for added safety.
An advanced interlock system provides enhanced
operator safety.

The

Quick
Adjustment to Book Size
The
HT-70 is quick to adjust to book size,
taking less than 10 minutes per adjustment.
To add, for ease and safety, the cutting
base does not require removal or replacement,
while the top and bottom guards can be
adjusted from outside the machine.
Functions:
BOOKLET
FEEDER
One
or more booklets up to 5 cm in total height
can be fed into the HT-70 at one time.
CHANGE-OVER
PROCESS
Size
adjustments for various booklets are easily
controlled by the simple alteration of
the right-hand tab, which slides out for
further ease and safety.
TRIMMING
PROCESS
The
cutting knives fall at a 30 degrees angle
for precise, clean cuts that leave no rough
edges. The clamps adjust to the weight
and delicacy of the paper stock by applying
the correct pressure from a range of 150
kg to 1,000 kg Air holes in the knives
blow away any paper trimmings for easy
clean-up and maintenance.
CONTROL
SYSTEM
The
liquid crystal display panel is designed
to monitor every step of the trimming process,
checking for errors and providing information
for smooth, continuous runs.
CONVEYOR
SYSTEM
The
delivery belt lifts up to carry away the
finished booklet to the conveyor belt,
keeping them in neat, aligned piles.
