Basic Operation
1. Work is placed in the clamps at the feed station. Each pad is automatically jogged and clamped firmly before it travels over the glue pot.
2. Hot melt glue is applied by a roller as the table rotates and the clamps carry the pads around the machine and over the glue pot.
3. The glue has set and the pad is finished by the time it reaches the delivery chute and is dropped onto the accumulator conveyor.
